Former Browns fullback tweets he has been signed back to the team
Not many people knew about Ray Agnew the former Southern Illinois fullback, but he shocked many when he made the 53 man roster in Cleveland at the beginning of the year. His father Ray Agnew was a player in the NFL as well, and his brother is the running back at Southern Illinois right now. He will be a running back in the 2015 NFL draft.
Ray Agnew III @Underrated_FB
Really happy to be a part of the Cleveland Browns organization again! Looking forward to playing in front of the best fans in the NFL
The team had released him a few weeks back to sign Kiero Small to the active roster. I do not know if the team signed Agnew to the practice squad or the 53 man roster, but it is great to see him back in Brown and Orange.
***UPDATE***
Aaron Wilson @RavensInsider
Browns cut fullback Kiero Small (Cardinal Gibbons), re-signed fullback Ray Agnew
