Tight End Scott Chandler became the first Bill in 22 years to have a 100 yard game
Exactly zero Buffalo Bills tight ends have cracked the 100 yard mark since Pete Metzelaars in September 1992, which is obviously a mind blowing statistic. This week Scott Chandler finally ended the drought Sunday, but it wasn’t nearly enough to beat the New England Patriots in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Chandler caught six passes for a game-high 105 yards, but I would not expect this type of performance to happen weekly. Chandler has not ever really been utilized by the Bills since Ryan Fitzpatrick. Chandler has had a few good seasons, but it is surprising the team does not utilize him more in the middle of the field. He seems to always be open.
