Cowboys Murray is on pace to break Eric Dickerson’s record of 2,105 yards
Last night, the Cowboys fell to their division rivals the Washington Redskins, but you cannot take away what DeMarco Murray did. Murray put the Cowboys on his back and helped them drive down the field numerous times to set them up for a score.
DeMarco Murray is now on pace for 2,108 yards, which would break Eric Dickerson’s single-season record (2,105), and that is huge. Murray became the first player in NFL History to rush for 100 yards in the first 8 games of the season. He also joined a very selected group of 8 that have rushed for 1000 yards in their first 8 games.
If Murray keeps it up, he is destined to break a ton of records in his contract year. The Cowboys better bust out the checks now and start working on deals. This guy is due a huge check in my opinion.
