Bengals cornerback Pac Man Jones says you better believe in Andy
There has been a lot of criticism against the Bengals lately, but Pac Man Jones hopes that people will start believing in his quarterback.
“To you guys who keep criticizing him, I know you’re going to say something, but he answered,” Jones said. “He went back and won the game.”
Jones acknowledged Dalton’s miscues, but knew his quarterback would rally the troops.
“I believe in Andy — 100 million-dollar man — you better believe in him,” Jones said, referencing the $115 million contract extension Dalton signed in the preseason. “I heard him say it before they went out on the field: ‘Let’s go out and win this thing.’ So I take my hat off to Andy. He played good.”
The Bengals are a pretty solid football team, and if they can keep getting it done without their best offensive player in A.J. Green, just wait until they get him back.
