Seahawks LB sends a message to Packers rookie center
Bruce Irvin is back healthy and already talking trash. Today he stated he is going to pray for Packers rookie center Corey Linsley who will be playing against the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field in his first NFL game.
“I’m going to pray for him,” Irvin said Tuesday of Linsley, a fifth-round draft pick out of Ohio State. “It’s going to be a long night, man. We’ve got to just take advantage of it.”
Irvin went on to say Brandon Mebane should abuse the rookie.
“All the weaknesses that (Linsley) shows us, we’ve got to expose it,” Irvin said. “Hopefully, ‘Bane going to do what I know he’s going to do to him. So, we’ve just got to be ready.”
It will be interesting to see, but I doubt the Packers just allow the Seahawks to run all over them.
