If the Cleveland Browns want to win today, they are going to need a huge game from their tight end Jordan Cameron, who is looking to get a huge contract extension. If the Browns want to be able to win this game against the Steelers they will need a huge dose of Cameron, especially with Josh Gordon out. I would not be surprised to see the Steelers double Cameron.
In the two full games played by Hoyer, Cameron caught 17 passes, four for touchdowns. Because he battled injuries and the offense was a general mess in the preseason, Cameron showed very little during training camp.
I expect him to come out today and have a monster day. The Steelers will likely use a defensive back to cover Cameron, since he is so athletic but I expect the Browns to be looking for him early and often.
