Dolphins have signed running back LaMichael James
Wow, finally a team signed the former Oregon runningback after he demanded to be released. According to his agent Jeff Sperbeck the Miami Dolphins signed LaMichael James.

This is a good fit for James, the problem is, he will be farther down the Dolphins depth chart than he was in San Francisco.
