With the referees calling off many plays this year due to penalties, it has helped quarterbacks completion percentages.
Accordihg to Adam Schefter of ESPN the quarterbacks ratings are higher after three weeks than ever before.
@AdamSchefter: NFL’s completion percentage entering Week 4 is at 64.2 percent, the highest after 3 weeks in NFL history.
Just imagine how high they will be when the NFL goes to two hand touch? Ouch…..
