Texans have been fielding quite a bit of trade calls
The Texans have been getting a lot of calls from teams trying to make them the deal of a lifetime, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports.
From the sounds of it, teams have been trying to make a deal with the Texans.
“I’ve fielded a lot of calls,” coach Bill O’Brien said, not mentioning any specific position. “It’s that time of year, and those are interesting calls. It tells you what people think about your roster, and it also tells you about their roster. Without getting into details on that, you certainly field a lot of calls like, ‘We’re heavy here. Do you need this? It looks like you’re kind of light at that position?’ Those type of calls happen all the time.”
