Texans guard Brandon Brooks passed his physical and returned to active roster
Right guard Brandon Brooks passed his physical and has been added to the active roster. This is great news for the Texans who have not looked that great early on in the preseason. The 6-foot-5, 335-pound Brooks had missed all of training camp thus far while recovering from a non-football injury.

Brandon Brooks, who started at RG last season, had been on active/non-football injury with back issue. Passed physical, activated.
With Brooks active, the third-year pro who started 15 games last season should eventually reclaim his starting spot.
