Broncos trade seventh round pick for Giants kicker Brandon McManus
Earlier this morning, the New York Giants placed Brandon McManus the former Temple place kicker on the waivers. Over the past couple hours the Giants began receiving calls in regards to McManus, and moments ago the Denver Broncos, who are already short a kicker traded a conditional seventh rounder to the Giants for McManus.

This was an intelligent move by the Giants, who receive a free draft pick. The Broncos need a kicker, because Matt Prater is suspended the first four games for violating the NFL’s substance Abuse Policy.
