NFL Pre-Season is coming; Here are the statistical leaders since 2006
The NFL Pre-season is coming very soon. To be honest it is just 30 some odd days away, and we will have football. This year the Buffalo Bills will face the New York Giants in Canton, Ohio to kick off the season. The Hall of Fame game will be held on August 3rd, 2014. Since the Pre-season is near, I thought it would be interesting to put up a few statistics of players that shined in the pre-season and since 2006 are the leaders.
Quarterback – Passing Yards
2006 – Tony Romo – Dallas Cowboys – 833 yards passing
Running back – Rushing Yards
2008 – Marcus Mason – Washington Redskins – 317 yards rushing
Wide Receiver – Receiving Yards
2006 – Greg Jennings – Green Bay Packers – 328 yards receiving
Tackle Leader
2010 – Pat Angerer – Indianapolis Colts – 36 tackles
Quarterback Sacks
2013 – Caesar Raymond – Indianapolis Colts – 5 Sacks
Interceptions
2013 – Josh Norman – Carolina Panthers – 4 Interceptions
So I want to know, do you think any players will break these records this preseason? These are some pretty impressive numbers.
