Tennessee Titans are trying to work out a contract extension for Jurrell Casey

According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, Jurrell Casey the Titans former draft pick is about to receive a new contract extension from the team.

Casey is headed into the final year of his contract, scheduled to make $1.431 million in the last year of a four-year deal he signed his rookie season. He’s coming off the best season of his career.

Casey racked up 10.5 sacks in 2013, while also tallying 90 tackles. He has 244 tackles and 16 sacks over his first three seasons.
