All charges against Colin Kaepernick has been dropped
Great news Niner fans, all the charges against Colin Kaepernick have been dropped. According to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office the State does not have enough evidence to prosecute Kaepernick, 49ers receiver Quinton Patton or Seattle wide receiver Ricardo Lockette in what was initially reported as a “suspicious incident.”
“No charges, no indication that a criminal act was committed,” said Ed Griffith of the State Attorney’s Office. “She was alleging that she may have been the victim of a sexual assault, and there was no evidence.”
This is great news for the Kaepernick crew, who enjoyed a large pay raise last week. Kaepernick will now be able to focus on the season without anymore distractions. This is great news for 49ers fans.
