Bears ink cornerback to a three year deal
The Bears signed former Boston College cornerback Al Louis-Jean to a three-year rookie contract on Monday, the team announced.
Louis-Jean, 20, left Boston College after his sophomore season but went undrafted. He tried out for the Bears at their rookie camp last month.
He appeared in 23 games in two seasons. He had 36 tackles, one interception, two forced fumbles and four pass break-ups. He sat out the 2012 season due to a foot injury, and the team suspended him for the first game of last season for an unspecified violation of team rules.
