49ers will be even thinner at cornerback now; Eric Wright retiring?
The San Francisco 49ers are already thin at the cornerback position, but according to multiple reports it could get worse.
Today Jim Harbaugh said CB Eric Wright is considering retirement and is not at mandatory minicamp.
Wright, 29 next month, played just 120 defensive snaps across seven games last season, but with the team losing several key players, Wright missing could hurt them worse.
