St. Louis Rams claim a big mammoth in Travis Bond from the Panthers
Travis Bond has bounced around the NFL since last year after coming out of the University of North Carolina. The big guard was released yesterday by the Carolina Panthers, and it did not take long for him to find a home. The St. Louis Rams signed the former UNC Tarheel standout to a deal.
Bond was drafted in the 7th round by the Minnesota Vikings, and is a very talented player. At 6’7 it is hard not to like the kid’s size. He will need to get stronger if he wants to stick on a team, but the Rams could enjoy having this mammoth for depth.
