Rams take a huge set back; Stedman Bailey suspended for first 4 games
Today Ian Rapoport of NFL Network tweeted that former third round pick Stedman Bailey has been suspended for a violation of the league’s policy on performance enhancing drugs. If Bailey is suspended, he’ll be allowed to practice with the team through the end of the summer and play in preseason games before missing the first month of the season.
Last year Bailey caught 17 passes for 226 yards while playing in all 16 games. Bailey also had a 27-yard touchdown run. The Rams did not really make any big moves at the wide receiver position, but will need Brian Quick their former 2nd round pick to step up and fill in for Bailey while he is missed.
