New Orleans Saints could turn back to Jonathan Goodwin; In town for a visit

Brian De La Puente left in free agency this year to sign with the Chicago Bears, but today the Saints brought back a familiar face.

According to Mike Triplett of ESPN.com, the Saints brought veteran center Jonathan Goodwin in for a visit today, making a reunion possible. Goodwin played with the Saints from 2006-2010.

Goodwin was released by the 49ers, when the team chose to extend Daniel Kilgore this offseason, and let the 35-year-old hit the market after three years as the starter.
