Chris Johnson is in New York at the Jets facility; Contract could come soon
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the New York Jets are trying hard to sign a former 2000k yard rusher. Chris Johnson who was released last week by the Tennessee Titans is in New York for a visit.

The New York Jets are desperate at the running back position with only Chris Ivory in their back field, and they have the most cap in the NFL with 22 million under. I would expect a deal to get done soon. Chris Johnson is a very solid running back, and he will be needed in the stacked AFC East, if the Jets want to contend in 2014.
