Bears land a veteran wide receiver
Today, the Chicago Bears signed former Washington Redskins wide out Josh Morgan.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder played for the Redskins for the past two seasons, spending the first four years of his career with the San Francisco 49ers.
Morgan has 199 receptions for 2,488 yards and 11 touchdowns in his career.
Morgan was selected by the 49ers in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL draft out of Virginia Tech. In 2009, he had 52 receptions for 527 yards and three touchdowns.
