Chargers land their first free agent; RB Donald Brown agrees to terms
The San Diego Chargers finally had a decent ground attack last year with Ryan Matthews coming into his own and Danny Woodhead running hard, but the team felt they needed to add another piece to the puzzle.
Today the Chargers signed running back Donald Brown. Brown was formerly with the Colts, and is a very solid running back in the red zone. The financial terms of the deal have not come out yet, but when we hear them I will update them below.
Update: Brown was signed to a three year deal worth $10.5 million.
