DeMarcus Ware’s surgery was considered a success
Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware had successful surgery on his right elbow and is not expected to miss any time during the offseason program. Ware complained about his elbow, saying it was nagging and was recently diagnosed with a nerve issue. Well today Ware had that problem fixed, with an offseason surgery.
Ware missed three games last season because of a quadriceps strain and was held to a career-low six sacks. The Cowboys could approach Ware about a contract restructure, because he is set to make $12.25 million this year and count $16 million against the salary cap.
