Packers have two named to All-Pro team but still have zero Pro-Bowlers

What a slap in the face to the Green Bay Packers organization.  Both Josh Sitton and Eddie Lacy were named to the All-Pro team by the Associated Press but the Packers were still one of the only teams to not have a Pro Bowl player.

“I think it’s well-deserved,” Head Coach Mike McCarthy said on Friday after the Packers’ final practice in preparation for Sunday’s wild-card playoff vs. San Francisco. “Very happy, very proud of both. They’ve been staples throughout the year.

“Josh, I felt that he clearly had his best year as a pro. He went to the Pro Bowl last year, and I think he’s clearly one of the best guards in the league. Eddie Lacy, what an impact he’s made for our football team, especially as a rookie.”

Hopefully tonight the Packers can stop the San Francisco 49ers and get the win.  They are going to need Eddie Lacy and Josh Sitton big in this game if they want to win.
