Could Jon Gruden return to the sidelines in the NFL? If Dennis Allen is fired, I could see him in Oakland
Jon Gruden would consider replacing Mack Brown as head coach of the Texas Longhorns, OrangeBloods.com reported Wednesday. Last week, Orangebloods.com’s Chip Brown was the first to report that Mack Brown would be stepping down as Texas coach.
According to reports, Gruden, who is currently the color analyst on “Monday Night Football,” may want to get back into the game after last coaching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008.
Well if he wants to coach, what would be a better fit? I honestly feel that the Oakland Raiders have the tools to make it far, they just need a good coach and a quarterback. I could see Chucky coming back to Oakland and leading them to the promise land again. He was an awesome coach, and does not deserve to be the head coach at a college program.
