Arizona Cardinals veterans are preparing hard for the Seahawks
It was another Monday following a Cardinals’ victory and even though the veterans had the day off, courtesy of coach Bruce Arians, several of them once again we’re at the team facility bright and early for another day of work.
Arians was not surprised that has players showed up early and wanted to learn the game plan for the Hawks.
“Not at all,” he said. “It’s been a pretty steady thing on Victory Monday. The captains had just about everybody in here watching tape this morning, which is a great sign to get started up on Seattle.
“Obviously, some of them wanted the game plan, which doesn’t happen until tonight and tomorrow. But it’s nice to see them anxious to want to get the game plan in their hands and get started. … I guess they thought we did it on the plane ride coming home.”
The players of the Cardinals really want to beat the Seahawks, but it will be hard to win with Russell Wilson playing in the 12th man. Wilson and the Seahawks are 6-0 at home.
