RG3 was a very solid prospect coming out of school but his stock continues to decline. It is time to play Kirk Cousins. RG3 stayed in the media instead of worrying about his knee. Well tonight he didn’t help the matter. When will the Redskins turn to Cousins? It is definitely his time.
