The Patriots worked out RB Cierre Wood and several others
The New England Patriots worked out tight end Jake Ballard prior to him signing Monday with the Arizona Cardinals, according to the National Football Post.
The Patriots also worked out defensive end Justin Francis, who was with them in training camp, former Houston Texans running back Cierre Wood, who was cut after violating team rules, former Buffalo Bill and New York Jet linebacker Marcus Dowtin, and WR Greg Orton who played for the Bengals.
None of these guys were signed, but Cierre Wood as at least finally getting another chance.
