Pittsburgh Steelers clear David DeCastro and re-sign DeMarcus Van Dyke
The Pittsburgh Steelers and Big Ben are breathing a little bit better today, because they are finally getting back their former high draft pick David DeCastro, who was out with an ankle injury.
Steelers RG David DeCastro (ankle) has been fully cleared by doctors, and is scheduled to play against the Bills. DeCastro’s return ahead of Sunday’s game against the Bills is excellent news for Le’Veon Bell and the entire Steelers offense.
The team also announced that they re-signed DeMarcus Van Dyke. Van Dyke means that Ike Taylor probably will not go this week. Van Dyke was released earlier this pre season with an injury. He is back in the mix and could be used immediately against the Bills this week.
