Falcons worked out QuarterbacksTrent Edwards and Mike Kafka today
Today the Atlanta Falcons worked out both Trent Edwards and Mike Kafka, but none of them were signed. The Falcons lost No. 2 quarterback Dominique Davis to injury in Sunday’s blowout loss to the Bucs. Edwards was part of the Bears’ final cuts this summer, while Kafka spent training camp and preseason with the Jaguars.
It will be interesting to see what the Falcons do at the quarterback position. I would not be surprised to see them sign on of the veterans tomorrow.
