Tyrann Mathieu defends his late hit on Kendall Hunter
Today the Arizona defense did a great job through most of the game, but as the Niners started to pull away from the Cards, tempers flared.
On a run by Kendall Hunter which resulted in a touchdown, Tyrann Mathieu made a play that had many jump out their seats.
That hit looked like a belly to back suplex in wrestling. The tackle was dirty but “The HoneyBadger” defends his tackle.

Either way, it looked wrong and the NFL will probably fine him. He needs to play smarter.
