C.J. Spiller is expected to play tonight against the Browns
Today Bills coach Doug Marrone told Stacey Dales of NFL Network that “feels good” about C.J. Spiller’s (ankle) Thursday night status, and “(thinks) he’ll be out there.”
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Spiller “will” play. While Spiller’s status will ultimately come down to how he feels in pre-game warmups, but it appears he’s going to suit up.
If Spiller plays I would expect him to be in a limited role. I would still think that Fred Jackson is the better play against the Browns, number 4 defense. The Browns defense has been clapping this year, the Bills are going to need a healthy everyone if they want to win this game.
