What is your name?

Tre’ Sullivan

What is your Height/Weight?

6’0 195

What is your position?

Free Safety

Where do you play college football?

Shepherd University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Got a chance to spend a day with some special needs and troubled youth. We got a chance to share life experiences and play games with the kids to show them there is more to what they’re currently experiencing.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Sociology

Where are you from?

Maryland, PG County.

Who is your role model, and why?

My dad and grandfather. They both are great father figures and are always working to support those around them. They never give up no matter the circumstances. That carries over to my game

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Soccer, Ran Track, and Basketball.

Did you play any other positions in football?

Corner, and wide receiver (in high school).

At your position, what separates you from others?

My physicality, speed, and knowledge of the game.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Offensive tempos (hurry up, check with me, or a traditional huddle). If the QB stares down his receivers, looks off, or just holds safety by looking down middle of field. Top formations, top pass concepts to the boundary and field (is it a mirror concept team or do they have different concepts boundary and field), top run plays and where I fit in that and am I going to be accounted for in the blocking scheme. Receivers tempos, aggressiveness, route running ability, and how they play the ball in the air. Running back and running QB’s cut tendencies. How they run.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

My own teammate Billy Brown (WR). Going against him in practice everyday makes it hard to see anyone else as tough.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Tyrann Mathieu, he’s a player I watch all the time. He’s an effort guy who will give his all every chance he has. He does everything with bad intentions. I would say I play the same way and it’s one of the definite positives in my game.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

After getting off the bus or arriving to the locker room home games I take off my headphones. I do this to relax myself before games and to really enjoy the time with the guys I’ll be playing next to in a few hours in a game.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Just proving myself, I know it’s something that everyone that has made it coming from this level of football. Something that I know is going to have to be done.

What is your biggest strength?

My speed, it’s a huge roll in my game, helps me be present in both the pass and run game though I’m a DB who is playing pass first.

What is your biggest weakness?

Playing too fast sometimes lol. It helps to slow play in some situations.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I’m a hard worker who is willing to do whatever it takes to make myself and those around me better. Also willing to do whatever it takes to win. Me going 110% every play is something that you will never have to question.

Sean Taylor/ Redskins
