NFL Draft Diamonds and our staff have been bringing our readers Prospect Interviews over the past 2 years and this year we mixed up the questions and added some fun questions for our readers. Where do you play college football? 

Rowan University (NJ)

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

Outside of football I work overnight shifts at a group home for mentally challenged adults. I enjoy helping less fortunate every opportunity I can because my mother took care of intellectually disabled men in our house growing up.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

The hardest class I have taken so far has been Kinesiology  

Where are you from? 

I am from Lindenwold, NJ

Who is your role model, and why? 

My Father is my role model because he has overcome many obstacles raising me and my brother and has always encouraged us to be the best we can be in every and anything we do.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

Growing up I played football, basketball,baseball and ran track

Did you play any other positions in football? 

Growing up I played running back, and at my previous college I played Db, mostly the nickel

At your position, what separates you from others? 

What separates me from other receivers is what I do after I catch the ball. I love to have the ball in my hands. I get a lot of my yards after the catch and pride myself on making the big play.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Looking at film, I like to study defensive backs tendencies as well as OLB tendencies. I like to study game situation tendencies, like what a defense runs on 2nd and 3rd down.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

Toughest player I have face is Eddie Davis, also a senior a Rowan University. Our competitive nature always pushes each other to our best. Every drill, every practice, every rep. 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I’d like to compare my game to Tavon Austin. I’d say our games our similar because any play can be a big play. Although we may be “smaller” guys we both play physical and fast.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

The toughest obstacle I have faced in my life was the passing of 2 of my best friends. The lost of their life deeply saddened me, but I have used all the sadness as motivation and play through their memories every time I touch the field.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

My pregame ritual is pretty simple, I listen to Eminem – lose yourself and kinda stay to myself until about 30 minutes before pregame then I get rowdy with my team

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

As a small school player the biggest obstacle I face is to EARN the respect of scouts , coaches and players, both on and off the field. A lot of times D3 players get over looked because of the small school name, however I know I have what it takes to excel at any level. i just have to keep proving it. It is an obstacle I look forward to every morning I wake up.

russWhat is your biggest strength? 

My biggest strength would be my speed and and ability to separate from would be tacklers. I also pride myself on catching everything that comes my way.

What is your biggest weakness?

My biggest weakness would be I tend to be too hard on myself sometimes.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

Selling myself to a GM- You are looking at a player who will give my 110% every rep, practice, game everything. I have loved the game since I was 5 and work everyday to be the best player I can be. I have been the underdog my whole life, and kind of took a liking to it. I look forward to showing the world that it is possible for a D3 player can be a household name. 

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Growing up I was a huge Reggie Bush fan as well as USC

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

If i could I have dinner with 3 people it would be my great grand mother who passed when I was 10, Bob Marley, Tupac.

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

First paycheck I am buying my Mother her dream house!
