Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Each year for the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays I help out the shelter home to help feed the homeless.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Psychology 

Where are you from?

Akron, Ohio

Who is your role model, and why?

My role model would have to be my Mother as I grew up watching her as a single mother managing and taking care of the entire household.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Basketball, Track, and Baseball

Did you play any other positions in football?

Corner, and Running Back

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

What separates me from others is my nose for the ball and ability to make plays on the ball while in the air, and also the ability to recognize formations of the offense.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Allen Jones 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Earl Thomas or Tyrann Mathieu as they are smaller NFL safeties and have great game changing play making ability.

marlon odenWhat was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was having to walk away from a full scholarship ride and go back home to help out my mother and not knowing would I ever be able to play football again. I overcame it with patients hard work, and perseverance!

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

A nice tape and stretch from the trainers and listening to my headphones till pre-game warm-ups.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

The hype of the bigger school prospects and out work those guys to spark interest of someone and control the things I can.

What is your biggest strength?

Ability to make plays on the ball while in the air

What is your biggest weakness?

Angle tackling and Height

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

That I am a great leader on and off the field, I have a lot of passion and can bring in great depth to the organization.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Sean Taylor 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Martin Lawrence, President Obama, and Sean Taylor

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

My mom a new car or save it!
