Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

The coolest thing I’ve done off the field was during a summer internship a helped rehab a kid at a hospital. He wanted to rehab with be because he found out i played college football and he was just starting high school ball

Where are you from?

Valley, Alabama

Who is your role model, and why?

My dad. He’s a very strong man. Thought me almost everything I know about life. I’ve seen him do nothing but try to better himself in life and that’s something I’ll always take with me

Did you play any other sports growing up?

In high school I was on the football, basketball, soccer and track and field teams.

Did you play any other positions in football?

I played DE

At your position, what separates you from others?

 I believe my speed and athleticism sets me apart

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for tendencies of my opponents. Favorite side of the ball, favorite pass rush move, stuff like that.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

 I can’t pick just one. There’s been so many good players I’ve faced in the past.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I don’t like to compare myself to other people. I always say “They’re them. I am me.”

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Everyone has had many obstacles in there life, myself included but the why I get through anything is turning to my family and friends for advice.

jylanDo you have any pre-game rituals?

I listen to music but before a game I’m not listening to hype up music. I listen to stuff like jazz and r&b. Smooth stuff that I feel that gets my mind right and in the moment.

What is your biggest strength?

My athleticism. It bails me out of a lot of situations

What is your biggest weakness?

I have a tendency to watch the play as I’m playing. It gets me in trouble from time to time.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

If I had a second to sell myself. I would say that my actions speak louder than my words. Put me out there and let me show you what I got.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

I grew up a Atlanta fan around the time Michael Vick was there.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Cam Newton, Dave Chappelle, Stone Cold Steve Austin lol. I think that would be pretty interesting.

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

A house back home. So I’ll always have somewhere to go back to and call home.
