A few Division 2 schools and D1aa schools
How did you choose your school?
Based on the education and the vibe of the team/ coaching staff
Where are you from?
Westchester, Il
Who is your role model, and why?
I have 2: Jesus because He died for my sins and gives me a chance daily to get up and be the best I can be
My Father because he supports me and motivates me in everything I do and shows me how to be a well rounded man.
Have any scouts met with you yet, and if so what are they saying?
No scouts have met with me face to face but I have received positive feedback on my film from a handful of scouts
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Baseball, Basketball, Track
Did you play any other positions in football?
In college Free Safety
High School: Linebacker, running back, and a little Wide Receiver
At your position, what separates you from others?
My tackling ability and my knowledge for recognizing route combinations
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
I look at their top Formations and Personnel groupings they like to pass out of and dissect which routes and route combinations they run out of those formations and personnel groupings. And then their pass or run tendencies on 1st through 3rd down

Da’Rick Rodgers
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Brent Grimes because he is tenacious, aggressive, a ball hawk and isn’t afraid to hit someone.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
Transferring from a D2 to D1aa as a walk on and earning my scholarship. I overcame it by just being tenacious, positive, consistent and doing things the right way on and off the field until my opportunity arrived.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I get my wrist taped and write the initials of my family, church, my friends that passed away and Jesus’s name on my wrist.
What is your biggest strength?
I am a student of the game
What is your biggest weakness?
I get down on myself when I make mistakes
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
On the field I’m a tenacious, intelligent and aggressive player who is a professional on and off the field and will do the right things on and off the field. I am a selfless, team first player who can help lead without saying much of anything. And I am very personable as well.

Hometown: Chicago Bears

Deion Sanders, Jackie Robinson, and Will Smith
