Is Darrelle Revis just tanking the season because he is done?
Darrelle Revis is one of the best cornerbacks to ever play the game, but this year he has been bad. Revis has been beaten badly all year on deep passes, and is really struggling. Yesterday, a report from Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News came out saying that one person close to Revis (a confidant), said the Jets cornerback does not want to play anymore.
“He’s done,” the confidant told Mehta. “If he had his way, he’d be done right now. He doesn’t want to play anymore. He’s made a lot of money.”
Mehta’s source believes “he tanked it” this season for the Jets.
I want to know what you all think? Manish Mehta is known to start some drama in New York, but could he be telling the truth? Revis has been pretty crappy.
