Could Cowboys land C.J. Spiller? Looking that way
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the Dallas Cowboys are leaning on C.J. Spiller if DeMarco Murray does in fact leave via free agency. The team has not contacted Murray since last week, that is why he removed all his Cowboys references on his twitter account. If you take into consideration that Spiller said he would wait to sign his deal, this makes too much sense. I would expect Spiller to sign with the Cowboys if Murray does in fact decide not to return to Dallas.
