A GoFundMe campaign was established by a loved one to help Vesich’s family with funeral expenses and other costs following his death.

The family described themselves as going through an incredibly painful time and expressed gratitude for the support, prayers and kindness being offered by the community.

Vesich’s obituary states that he was from Lakewood, Colorado, and that visitation is scheduled for October 2, followed by a funeral service on October 3 at Red Rocks Church-Littleton.
