The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. in the 2200 block of Okada Court, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said a 15-year-old boy told deputies the shooting was accidental.

The third shooting happened later that night in Deltona. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office reported that 17-year-old Brenden Watkins was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 2000 block of El Campo Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Please pray for Central Florida, and the families who have lost their children.
