What is your favorite workout or drill and why?

I’d have to go with the W drill, it’s helped me get better with getting in and out of my breaks through the years. It’s always my go to drill to get me ready to go.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player in the next three years?

I want to get to the UFL/CFL within the next 2 years and by that final year hopefully I can get into the NFL that is my end goal.

What is one thing scouts should see about your game and why?

That I have a very high motor and don’t stop working no matter what the score or quarter is in the game. Also, I am extremely active on special teams I love it, if you turn on my film you will see me making multiple plays on there alone.

What does a normal day look like for Naeem Alexander?

Typically get up around 5:45-6 in the morning and go work out. Then I teach from 8:30-3:30 then coach my high school guys from 4-6/6:30. After that depending on how if I have a meeting with my players or coaching staff and I try to get another workout in.

Which current or former NFL coach would you want to learn from the most and why?

Bill Belichick, he’s a defensive guru and has coached a lot of great DB’s over the years.

What was your favorite experience from the last team you were on?

My first game as a professional athlete with the Green Bay Blizzard, I didn’t expect to play much, but I ended up starting the whole second half and racked up 5 tackles changing the game and eventually winning.

Which one of your former teammates deserves a chance and why?

My guys Jeremiah Taylor and Barry Hill. They were apart of my senior class at Shepherd and these guys are two of the best receivers that I’ve had the honor of playing with/against. They have a perfect combination of speed and route running and are willing blockers.

What makes you an intriguing player that deserves to be signed?

I’m truly a swiss army knife that can play anywhere in your secondary. Not only can I cover, but I am a very willing tackler which is a lost art at the DB position I feel like. All you have to is look past my size and just turn the film on it speaks for itself.
