The New England Patriots defeated the Minnesota Vikings 20 -12 on Saturday afternoon, a lot of players both offensively and defensively showed signs of some potential in the win. These two players are going to make a difference for the Patriots this up and coming season. One player on offense, one player on defense. 

  1. Mack Hollins, Wide Receiver 

The veteran Wide Receiver showed New England fans a lot of potential with Drake Maye, Hollins is a perfect weapon for the Patriots. On Saturday, the 6-foot-4 Wide out recorded three receptions for 38 yards with Drake Maye at quarterback. Hollins has played in a Josh McDaniels offense before, McDaniels is going to draw up plays this up and coming season for the big bodied wide out. 

  1. Alex Austin, Defensive Back 

Alex Austin, the fan favorite defensive back, was making plays vs the Minnesota Vikings. Austin was excellent in Pass Coverage, The young cornerback was targeted four times and allowed zero catches – Austin got an interception as well. On Saturday he showed why he is going to be a star for the New England Patriots alongside with Christian Gonzalez, Carlton Davis, Marcus Jones, and DJ James.
