What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Growing up I’ve always wanted to be a football player I first started the game at the age of 5 Little League Rec.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

Building a brotherhood with my teammates and scoring the winning game touchdown against Northwood University.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

Being able to show kids that anything is possible if you believe and have faith.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

Darren Sproles because I want to be able to learn more and more about the game of football.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My father inspires me the most because he always pushes me to go harder Even when things get hard don’t ever quit or give up.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

I’m more of a spread type of offense guy because I want to be able to show ppl what I can do out in space.

What should we know about Brandon Mackey the person?

I am very passionate about all that I do.

What stands out about your film the most?

I can beat you in space, Run between the tackles, and most definitely lay the hammer.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Talking To God and Confiding in my support system.

What would a team get in a player like you?

Hardworking/Go-getter / Dawg.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Being able to showcase my talent that God has blessed me with.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Grant Alexander and I feel like he doesn’t get enough credit. He’s a very hardworking player that plays with a very high motor.
