Buffalo Bills vs Denver Broncos – NFL Playoffs – Divisional Round Preview & Prediction

Bo Nix, Courtland Sutton, Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos take on Josh Allen, James Cook and the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs.

Joe Brady and his offense have don’t have a true number 1 target, likely the Broncos cornerback and Defensive Player of the Year Pat Surtain will cover Keon Coleman, who was supposed to be the future for the Bills at receiver but his off the field issues have hindered him from becoming who the Bills have needed him to be.

Gabe Davis and Khalil Shakir are other receiving options, while Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid form one of the best duo of tight ends in the league and in the red zone this Bills offense is as hard to stop as it gets with Josh Allen’s legs, James Cook and his burst and contact balance. The JK Dobbins injury stopped him from having a massive season but he still put up big number with the rookie RJ Harvey.

The Broncos offense has elite receiving threats, the emergence of the former Oregon Duck and 4th round pick Troy Franklin in his second year has opened up the passing attack and makes this one of the more fascinating matchups with Josh Allen having lots of playoff experience and having beaten Bo Nix and the Broncos a year ago.

The Broncos defense has been historically good getting after the quarterback with Nik Bonitto and Jonathan Cooper, John Franklin-Myers. The Broncos defense is every bit as good with Pat Surtain and Riley Moss, Talanoa Hufanga in the secondary.

Matt Milano, Joey Bosa, Jordan Poyer are a couple of key players that can limit a potent Broncos offense, the return of Tre’Davious White has been important as he has looked like his former All-Pro days at times. Josh Allen the reigning MVP vs one of the most complete teams in the NFL with a trip to the AFC Championship game on the line, this should be a down to the wire game and one of the best of the playoffs.

It is possible Sean McDermott is coaching for his job in this game, as it would be hard to imagine him not being back if they took out the 1 seed and are a game away from the Super Bowl again. Enjoy this NFL Divisional Game Preview from Blitz With Blinder Video hosted by Josh Blinder.
