Michael Irvin says Micah Parsons is the biggest loser in the Cowboys Trade

The Micah Parsons trade was not expected last night. While everyone knew it was a possibility, I do not think anyone really knew that the Cowboys were going to trade a 26 year old pass rusher that has dominated the NFL since entering the NFL.

Michael Irvin made a video and he was absolutely shocked the Cowboys made the trade.

“Oh my God, I can’t believe this, I’ve been here all day. I cannot believe that we just traded Micah Parsons,” he said during an interview with ESPN.

His take on the Micah Parsons trade was pretty strange though. Despite the massive contract, Irvin said Parsons was the biggest loser of the deal. Which was a pretty interesting take.

“Out of those three principles, Micah Parsons, Jerry Jones, and the agent, Jerry Jones isn’t going to lose,” Irvin added. “Everybody’s going to pile into that stadium and he’ll still be the owner of the richest, most valued franchise. He won’t lose a dime. The agent won’t lose. He’ll still go about doing the great job that he has been doing for every one of his clients. Out of these three, Micah’s the loser.”

Do you agree with this take? I know it is a little wild, but I understand what he is trying to say. He is basically saying it does not matter what Jerry does, he is going to have a packed house and will continue to be the richest organization out there.

They have not won in 30 years and they are still the most valuable team in the NFL. So Irvin does have a point.
