What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2026 NFL Draft?

I am a dual-threat quarterback with the knowledge of the game that you would expect a professional to have. Coming from a Division II university, you may not always have the same level of scrutiny as those in Power 5 schools, but I have been able to turn a program around with the help of the people around me over the last four years.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

In the process of fixing the culture, I have become a quarterback that guys want to play for, not just because of my physical talents and play on the field. While that is a huge part of it, it is also the connections and bonds I have created with my guys. 

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be? 

I would donate to Autism Speaks and other autism foundations because everyone should be able to have fair treatment and fair chance at life.

Who was your role model? 

My role model has always been my father. I got to watch him grow up as a man and I also go to watch him play football as I was a young kid

What is your biggest pet peeve? 

People not trying to better their lives and staying stagnant.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome? 

The hardest moment in my life to overcome has been navigating a split household and trying to please each parent. I learned that I cannot always please everyone around me, and I need to focus on making myself happy before I can make those around me happy.

If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why? 

1. Michael Jordan: He’s the greatest competitor of all time, and I try as a competitor myself to have that same intensity and passion. I’d try to learn as much as I could from him about his mentality towards life.
2. Barack Obama: He is the first Black president, and I want to hear about his life experiences and everything that he dealt with on his journey.
3. Drew Brees: In my opinion, he played the position of Quarterback perfectly, and his knowledge of the game would make my game grow exponentially.

What is your biggest weakness? 

As a player, my biggest weakness and been escaping the pocket when it completely collapses and doesn’t really give me an escape lane.
