A big-time high school football prospect from Philip Barbour High School was killed in a car accident in Philippi, West Virginia on Sunday.
Police confirmed that Keaton “Beef” McDermott was killed in the accident.
McDermott was a football player at the high school and just committed to West Virginia Wesleyan College to play track & field.
At this time, details surrounding the crash are unknown.
