UFL Attendance: Attendance in Arlington has not been the best so far in UFL
It is going to be hard to top last week’s attendance for the UFL. The St Louis Battlehawks’ win over the Arlington Renegades was watched by 40,317 people at The Dome at America’s Center, setting a new attendance record for the United Football League (UFL).
The crowd for the Battlehawks versus the Renegades ‘almost equalled’ the combined attendance total of all four UFL opening weekend games.
The XFL’s eight teams had a combined weekly average attendance of 14,431 for the 2023 campaign, the league’s comeback season before its merger with the USFL, and a total average attendance of 72,152.
Arlington so far this year is struggling. In today’s game against the DC Defenders, they could not break 8.5k fans. I hope it gets better because Arlington is playing really well behind former small school quarterback Lindsay Scott.
NFL Draft Diamonds was created to assist the underdogs playing the sport. We call them diamonds in the rough. My name is Damond Talbot, I have worked extremely hard to help hundreds of small school players over the past several years, and will continue my mission. We have several contributors on this site, and if they contribute their name and contact will be in the piece above. You can email me at nfldraftdiamonds@gmail.com
