Just how elite of an athlete is Travis Hunter? I know people are saying that he is special, and that is true, but he ended up breaking three records on Saturday of last week. Hunter finished playing on 138 plays from scrimmage, which is the most in CU history and also made some plays on both offense and defense.

Well our friends at Reel Analytics posted a video on his max speed and on his 81st snap he was able to hit 21.2 miles per hour by racing down a TCU running back to stop a touchdown. You can see that video here.

The craziest play is Hunter was able to break another record on his interception. According to Reel Analytics, Hunter’s closing speed of 6.9 yards per second is the fastest record in their history of the database. These are elite numbers folks.

We have not seen anything like that in college football, this kid is going to be amazing.
